My poems, here + there

I write poetry! My work has been in literary journals all across the country.

Try reading this poem, "Role Play," in FIELD. I quite like that one. It's a little racy.

Looking for something more PG? Try "Blessing for the Middle of the Night," in 42opus—one of the very first poems I ever had accepted for publication.

poetry editor, the los angeles review

From 2012 to 2015, I served as the poetry editor of The Los Angeles Review (Issues 14 to 19). Published by Red Hen Press, the journal comes out twice a year. I loved doing it because it meant I got to publish work that I loved, and work with an incredibly talented and fun team of smart literary folks.

You can read more about the journal here.
